pnokerandClaude Code ea635f12fd docs(db): document the per-domain postgres modules 
Add README files for the four dc3-db-postgres-* modules, state the
artifactId in the r2dbc module READMEs, list the new modules in the
dc3-db README, and document the CallTool RPC in dc3-api-auth.

DC3 DB R2DBC Postgres

Maven module: dc3-db-r2dbc-postgres.

The only supported relational adapter. Activated by dc3.db.type=postgres, it registers the PostgreSQL dialect (identifier quoting, JSONB conventions) backed by the r2dbc-postgresql driver. Adding another engine requires a deliberate architecture change, not a new runtime switch.
