pnoker f3a0d95650 fix(deploy): repair helm templates broken by the repo reformat ...

the repo-wide reformat mangled every go template directive in the
chart ({{ }} split to { { } }, {{- to {{ -, headers indented into the
yaml, ports list items misaligned under conditional blocks), leaving
the chart unrenderable since it landed; restore the directives, align
the conditional grpc/https port entries with the http entry, and drop
the stray blank lines - helm lint now passes and the full chart
renders 66 resources with both default and production values
