develop's docs had diverged to the outdated 7-pillar layout and was missing the 21-line navBar toolbar order in style.css. Sync docs/ from main to unify on the 5-pillar design (overview absorbed into architecture, operations into develop, AI standalone). Also fixes develop's pillar.overview/pillar.operations missing-translation fallback in the nav. No develop-unique docs content lost — a two-dot diff showed only these 4 files differ, all main-side improvements.
