feat(home): add SLA badge strip and tenant topology Sankey
...
- SLA badge above row 1 surfaces unack >24h + silent-device counts and
deeplinks to the matching event-overview tab; hides when clean.
- New bottom row renders a Driver → Device → Profile → Point Sankey
over the /dashboard/topology endpoint. Row 2/3 swapped so realtime
sits above analytics.
- Add @antv/g6 dependency for the Sankey layout, plus home.topology /
home.sla i18n strings (zh + en).
