pnokerandClaude 7596fd2e15 docs: convert all 107 mermaid diagrams to self-contained SVG components 
- Replace all mermaid blocks (zh+en) with 112 Vue SVG diagram components
  covering flowchart/sequence/ER/class/state diagram types
- Remove mermaid + vitepress-plugin-mermaid dependencies (config.mts, package.json)
  Build time drops from ~10s to ~6.4s; per-page eager JS ~528KB→~160KB gzip
- Fix 4 undefined CSS variables (--dc3-divider, --dc3-fe-text,
  --dc3-region-amber, --dc3-region-be) that caused invisible lifelines
- Unify terminology: 物模型→模板 with comparison table + Badge
- Fix factual errors: MQTT batch 5ms→5s, MongoDB hallucination removed,
  agentic /v1/ path corrected, tool count 150+→330+, compose drivers 8→22
- Remove 14 orphaned architecture images (replaced by Vue components)
- Add --dc3-rose-fill token (tenant/alarm styling)

- Update VuePress theme components for architecture diagrams (AuthFlow,
  CommandPlane, DataPlane, FourLayers, Layered, Topology, DiagramFrame)
- Refresh English and Chinese documentation across ai, architecture,
  automation, community, development, drivers, frontend, foundations,
  guide, introduction, operation, and quickstart sections
- Update 5 SVG architecture diagrams (en, zh, ja, vi, panorama)
- Update superpowers analysis reports, plans, and design specs
- Fix Markdown quoting in README.ja.md

pnoker 0efdf6303b feat(docs): add social links, reorder nav, FAQ, frontend guide, and IDEA setup 
- Add Gitee and Twitter/X social links to navigation bar
- Rename nav "Connectivity" to "Drivers" for consistency
- Reorder nav menu: Overview → Architecture → Drivers → Foundations → Develop → Ops
- Add comprehensive FAQ community page covering license, pricing, tech choices
- Add frontend development guide and integrate into Development sidebar
- Add JetBrains IDEA setup section to quickstart (EnvFile, run configs, common issues)
- Add Maven command reference and debugging tips to development guide

pnokerandClaude 2198d7fffe chore: merge iot-dc3-web frontend into monorepo 
Merge the standalone iot-dc3-web repository into iot-dc3 as dc3-web/,
creating a single monorepo with unified versioning, CI/CD, and release
process.

- subtree-add iot-dc3-web under dc3-web/ with full commit history
- relocate nginx configs and SSL certs to dc3/dependencies/
- merge CI workflows (ci-backend.yml, ci-web.yml, docker-ci-web.yml)
- merge Issue/PR templates and dependabot config
- host frontend docs under docs/zh/frontend/
- share .husky/ hooks via root-level package.json (pnpm)
- unify versioning: single dc3/bin/tag.sh (vYYYY.M.P) for the whole repo
- update Dockerfile, docker-compose.yml, Makefile for new paths
- remove redundant directories from dc3-web/ (.claude, .github, dc3, docs, bin)
