pnokerandClaude	5c08be18a0	build(wrapper): bump maven wrapper to 3.9.16 ... Refresh the wrapper scripts to wrapperVersion 3.3.4 (only-script distribution) and move distributionUrl from 3.9.11 to 3.9.16, the newest 3.9.x release. Pin line endings for mvnw, mvnw.cmd and the wrapper properties in .gitattributes so the scripts stay executable across platforms.
