pnokerandClaude Code 5aa0caeed1 fix(ci): skip multiline annotation arguments when validating type Javadoc 
The type-level Javadoc check walked annotations line by line and stopped
inside multiline annotation arguments, reporting false negatives such as
AuthInitRunner. Reuse the bracket-aware _annotation_block_start helper so
Javadoc attached above a multiline annotation block is recognized.

pnoker eae86b58fc refactor(storage)!: unify platform persistence on reactive postgresql 
- migrate auth, manager, data, and agentic persistence to R2DBC
- hard cut pagination, facade, gateway, web, and CLI contracts
- remove legacy database and TSDB adapters and document validation gates

BREAKING CHANGE: platform persistence now requires PostgreSQL 18 with TimescaleDB and the new reactive API contracts.

pnoker fbccee8f75 feat(mcp): add oauth-backed gateway runtime 
Add OAuth metadata, registration, token, revoke, introspect, MCP catalog, connection, whitelist, and audit runtime in auth.

Expose gateway /.well-known OAuth resource metadata and /mcp JSON-RPC initialize, ping, tools/list, and tools/call with principal forwarding and high-risk call safeguards.

Vickey 8a2a87f96c docs(openapi): add API documentation guide, export tooling, and conventions 
- Add docs/development/api-documentation.md describing the Swagger UI layout,
  per-center grouping, auth headers, and production exposure.
- Add a `make openapi` target + dc3/bin/export_openapi.sh to snapshot each
  center's OpenAPI JSON from a running stack.
- Update AGENTS.md: OpenAPI/Swagger conventions, and correct the enum-suffix
  examples (multi-valued sets use *TypeEnum, not *FlagEnum).

Vickey 0ea5c75697 chore: add podman scripts for aliyun services and update logback config 
Add new podman scripts for running database, Grafana, and Elasticsearch services on Aliyun. Update logback configuration to remove traceId and spanId from log patterns. Delete outdated run_elasticsearch.sh script as it is no longer needed.

pnoker 57e09bb48a refactor(Dockerfile): reorder JAVA_OPS flags for consistency 
The `-XX:+UseG1GC` and `-Djava.security.egd=file:/dev/./urandom` flags in the `JAVA_OPS` environment variable were reordered across multiple Dockerfiles to maintain a consistent configuration. This change improves readability and ensures uniformity in the application's runtime settings.
