__summarize scanned visible_contents, dropping hidden intermediate
datasets IWC-style workflows produce - their creating jobs vanished from
the extraction form. Switch to new History.all_contents (no visibility
filter). Guard against minting spurious per-element steps: prefetch
collection-element HDA ids, skip hidden HDAs that are collection members
(represented by their collection, not standalone).

Tests: model-level all_contents view, unit include/skip branches, API
hidden-intermediate + no-spurious-mapover-rows.
