Dannon Baker 5a082143de Publish galaxy-api-client with pnpm to match the client publish step ...

Switch the api-client publish from 'npm publish' to 'pnpm publish --provenance
--access public --no-git-checks', matching how galaxy-client publishes. --no-git-checks
is required because CI publishes from a detached release-tag checkout with a dirty tree,
which pnpm's default git checks would otherwise block.
