`request` provides a `host_url` like "fqdn:port" from which we can extract the FQDN that this server
was accessed at. This is important so that we are accessing the IPyNB on the correct host.

Galaxy IPython Integration

IPython Integration into Galaxy

Requirements

For security reasons you need to have docker installed. For a detailed instruction how to install docker, please look at the docker website.

Installation

Cpoy the IPython folder in your <GALAXY_ROOT>/config/plugins/visualizations folder and restart Galaxy. The IPython Visualisation Option should be visible next to the usual Charts or Trackster Options in your Visualisation menue.
