Greg Von Kuster b1a6e8c6ee Enable the the grid helper and base grid templates to be used across webapps. Decouple the base controller from the model, controllers that subclass from the base contrller must now import a model. Eliminate the base controller from the community now that the base contrller can be used across webapps. Add a new admin controller grid to the community space. Move the Admin controller to ~/base/controller.py and subclass the 2 admin controller grids ( galaxy and community ) from it. Add the group components to the community.
