John ChiltonandClaude Opus 4.6 63e318bebd harden window manager tests: eliminate execute_script from test file ...

Replace all 13 execute_script/execute_script_click/raw CSS selector
calls in test_window_manager.py with framework helpers:

- Add fire_mousedown browser op across all 4 driver layers + unit test
- Add navigation.yml focus_overlay selector for WinBox overlay
- Rewrite window_manager_is_active (has_class), get_titles (.all),
  close_all (component selectors)
- Add helpers: close_window, get_focused_title, click_focus_overlay,
  get_iframe_src, focused_count
- Test uses clear_tooltips + wait_for_and_click instead of JS click
