mvdbeek 717cf6016e Fix files dialog race condition by tracking loading state ...

Sets isBusy=true during async fetchFileSources/browseRemoteFiles calls
and clears it before showing options, ensuring the BTable aria-busy
attribute accurately reflects loading state. Adds a data-description
marker and options_ready selector so tests can wait for the dialog to
finish loading before interacting with it.
