carlfeberhard 7722bf23ad UI: update underscorejs and fix findIndex ...

IE 11 does not have [].findIndex and the new scrolling causes an error
there. Underscore 1.8 has a cross-browser version and this commit
updates underscore and replaces the use of the native call.
