Make visualizations sharable, publishable, taggable, and annotate-able. Plumbing code is in place, but UI code needs work; in particular, viewing a shared/published visualization is empty and annotations are available only via edit attributes.

trackster: Track browsers can now be embedded in Galaxy Pages as multiple browsers can now exist at the same time after refactoring. Display code is now separated from editor code. Some scrolling bugs have been fixed as well.

Enhance grid framework to enable custom column sorting. Sort criteria are now mapped to a column, and the column defines the sorting to be done on the grid query. Default sorting behavior has not changed. In addition, column's model_class attribute now defaults to the grid's model_class; this should make column definitions more intuitive and shorter.
