Shorten the tool_source_database_connection description, drop the
'lazy toolbox' lingo in favor of a link to the admin documentation,
lead the storage doc with the benefits, use sqlite in the shared-store
examples, stop framing watch mode as development-only, and replace the
nonexistent use_lazy_toolbox option in the setup recipe.
