CI mypy caught three things the local runs missed: len() on the Optional return of _clarification_routing_history (now returns a list, with an explicit Optional annotation on message_history so both branches type-check), and the HandoffMatch evaluator / BuiltDataset fields being pinned to str inputs when the multi-turn datasets (routing_depth, routing_clarification_followup) feed dict case inputs -- both widened to Any.
