Sibling of async_nested_conditional_shared_discriminator.xml but supplies the
outer discriminator by its bare short name (no <conditional> wrapper). The
qualified sibling exercises the consumed-discriminator exclusion via the
elided-subsequence matcher tier; this bare variant exercises it via the bare
short-name tier. No existing functional tool collides nested-conditional
discriminators, so this path was previously uncovered.
