Switches package manager and adds the handful of dependencies that were phantom deps under yarn's loose hoisting - lodash, d3-selection, vue-demi, and some monaco internals for the yaml editor. Also bumps pinia to 2.3.1 for better vue 2.7 compatibility and configures vue-demi's postinstall to run via pnpm.onlyBuiltDependencies.
