Dannon Baker 5e2ca343fb Disable Vitest globals in favor of explicit imports
Set globals: false in vitest.config.mts and remove vitest/globals from
tsconfig.json types. This follows Vitest best practices of explicitly
importing test utilities rather than relying on global variables.

Next step: Add explicit imports to all test files.
