I think there are more problems with this code:
 - it assumes too much about the keyboard used and puts
unnecessary restrictions on the user
 - the implementation should be refactored to use KeyboardEvent.key
instead of the deprecated charCode

mvdbeek c6d915b8f2 Parse length to integer 
When using the little up/down button we get strings instead of integers,
and those fail the rule validation. Fixes https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy/issues/6800

mvdbeek 3ffbf5b4b6 Append mapped-over collection type to output collection type 
So if for instance the connected input is a regular input with a list:list input
and the output is a paired collection we set the output collection type to
list:list:paired.

We do this in the wf-editor and in the backend, so this works for
subworkflows. This should make quite some tools more usable in a
workflow scenario. Should fix

Nicola Soranzo 18d99deb95 Decode tool id and version in the client, not in the API 
using `decodeUriComponent` from `decode-uri-component` JS package.

Revert https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy/pull/6707

Remove unused `_get_tool()` method in
`lib/galaxy/webapps/galaxy/api/workflows.py` .

Rebuild client with:
```
make client-production-maps
```
