...
This would currently just fail with an exception in the logs.
I ran into this while manually defining a gxformat2 workflow
and not referencing the right step.

Filter out subworkflow invocations
...
I think users don't need to see their nested invocations from the main
invocation list. If needed they can be found through the invocation
steps. The only exception we're making is that we show subworkflow
invocations if filtering for a specific workflow id.

Make invocation cancellation two-step process
...
API / users set invocation to cancelling, scheduler then deletes
outputs. This avoids race conditions where the cancelled invocation
still generates new jobs.

Implement default locations for data and collection parameters.

Works for both files and collections. Workflow defaults override tool defaults.
TODO:
- Unit test case to ensure this only works for non-default, non-multi data parameters.
- Implement XSD once syntax is finalized.
