Nate Coraor da9ebc17bb Run ./scripts/common_startup.sh inside docker when using `run_tests.sh 
--dockerize`. Requires a rebuild of galaxy/base-testing.

Necessary for tests to run on #428 (and anything else once #428 is
merged).

Nate Coraor 367ceae256 Dockerized tests need to create and activate .venv if it does not exist. 
Do this by calling common_startup.sh prior to manage_db.sh in
run_test_wrapper.sh. Will require a rebuild of the testing-base image.

Also, have scripts in Galaxy root activate .venv if it exists.

John Chilton a357e2b613 Workflow scaling test infrastructure. 
- Add script to hit the API with workflows requests.
 - Update testing Dockerfile to allow just booting up with a fixed master API key for this test to leverage.
 - WIP: on updating test Dockerfile to work with slurm, multiple handlers, uwsgi, etc...

John Chilton e99adb5b0f Add --dockerize and --db [postgres|mysql|sqlite] options to run_tests.sh. 
Runs tests in a Dockerfile with pre-migrated databases and all testing dependencies (postgres, mysql, npm, casper, phantomjs, etc...). Hopefully this makes it easier to run more interesting tests - down the road I would like to add more options for things like condor, slurm, run as real user, etc....
