Ramkrishna Chakrabarty 1bac740073 mutation viz tool 
- now the tool requires the user to enter the specific columns indicating ref base, position, and start of a sample
- added an interactive zoom option. when this option is selected, the image can be zoomed in or out using the mouse wheel.
- fixed the firefox & opera problems in displaying the svg image
