- Demonstrate functional programming style access (much easier to build comma seperated lists for instance).

Small tweaks to some functional test tools.
...
Add data labels so the tools works in the workflow editor and added a conditional switches to some with collection params and multiple input data parameters to test some state-y logic in workflow editor.

Extend tools API to allow use of data params with multiple='true' with multiple values.
...
Likewise extend API driven tool testing framework to support these, add sample test cases.
Also fixup english on a log warning.
