mvdbeek e2bb958b56 Fix multi-input connection handling in workflow editor 
Fixes https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy/issues/15458, and also
fixes all input connections being removed when deleting a node that
connect to a multi-input.

Nicola Soranzo a7ddf89690 Replace 2 Enums with Literals 
Fix the following mypy errors on Python 3.11:
