Michael R. Crusoe dbfcdb8bc9 python packages: convert to pure namespace packages 
only directories in `lib/galaxy` & `packages/*/galaxy`
All other files removed or moved to their own module
All references to those files updated, especially galaxy/version.py

Dannon Baker 3a4f8e6fd0 switch client-api from npm to pnpm 
Aligns with the main client's recent migration to pnpm. Drops
package-lock.json in favor of pnpm-lock.yaml and updates CI
workflows (client-api-test, publish_artifacts) accordingly.

Dannon Baker 17ac90a3ec bump openapi-fetch to ^0.17.0 in both client and client-api 
No breaking API changes from 0.15→0.17, just additive features
(custom path serializers, read/write markers). Two type-level fixes
needed where openapi-fetch 0.17 widens tuple types like
[string, string][] to string[][] in inferred response types.

Dannon Baker 70f44b2a4d update client-api dependencies

resolving security vulnerabilities in transitive deps (undici, glob,

Dannon Baker a9e554b887 Update openapi-fetch to 0.15.0 and align client-api dependencies 
Bumped openapi-fetch from 0.10.6/0.12.0 to 0.15.0 in both client and
client-api packages. Also aligned client-api's vitest (4.0.14) and
typescript (5.7.3) versions with the main client. Updated test
assertions to match the headers object that createGalaxyApi passes.

Dannon Baker 1679468b54 fix sync-version.js to handle patch versions correctly 
The script was treating VERSION_MINOR as always a prerelease identifier,
but it can also be a plain patch number (like "4" for 25.0.4) or a
patch+prerelease combo (like "5.dev0" for 25.0.5-dev.0).

- Rename `DatasetHash` class to `FileHash` in
  `lib/galaxy/tool_util_models/parameters.py` to distinguish it from
  the one in `lib/galaxy/schema/schema.py` .

mvdbeek 4fca48e924 Use workflow-style payload in data landing request 
Makes it considerably easier for sites that support data landing and
workflow requests, and it's also easier to read and validate.
