Add missing id keys to built-in tours
...
Pydantic models (currently added to tours) require explicit
specification of model fields. Having an "id" field as required seems
right from a design standpoint.
However, if there is a reason for an "id" value to be included in the
galaxy_ui tour but not in the other tours, this field can be made
optional: `id: Optional[str] = None`

Tweak OSD plugin build, include images.

No need to bundle this since it's prebuilt -- this simply copies it
(including images and maps which were left out before) for staging,
which is faster and more complete.

Fix chrome-only scrolling bug with GTN webhook
...
Content is reflown upon display changes, meaning that in chrome the iframe fails to retain it's original scroll offset. This fixes it by using visibility in place of display, thus preventing a content reflow.
