Dannon Baker 307ffecf9f Drop mocha completely, including 'test-watch' endpoint. Explicit is 
better than implicit, so we're using `jest-watch` now, since the qunit
is dead and wasn't watched anyway.

Dannon Baker 15e3cffbce Inject backdrop styles directly into page since we want to test for 
their application here.

Check for default inline-block instead of fixed block, when reviewing whether the delete button is visible or not.
