mvdbeek 1f95359b1d Remove job_list controller endpoint, add handler column to job_list 
This should help debugging failures in job handler assignment.
I think that's a timely change with our switch to grabbing assignment by
default.

Dannon Baker 307ffecf9f Drop mocha completely, including 'test-watch' endpoint. Explicit is 
better than implicit, so we're using `jest-watch` now, since the qunit
is dead and wasn't watched anyway.
