Added functionality to insert links to pages, datasets, and workflows into pages; button images are not done yet, however. Also refactored grid code to use shared columns defined in controller.py, replaced tabs with spaces in mako files, and made change to show right panel for all shared items regardless of whether they are published.

Added 'annotate history' functionality to pages. To accomplish this, refactored tagging from pure javascript to progressive javascript. Also fixed unicode and grid filtering bugs.

Refactored grid code to (a) generalize numerous column types and (b) fully support multiple, arbitrary, multi-column categorical and free-text queries. Python code provides support for TextColumn and TagColumn objects, and grids_common.mako provides support for programmatically creating free text and categorical filtering UIs. History and HDA grids have been updated to use the refactored code.
