Subject: [PATCH] Fix HideDatasetAction not applied for cached workflow jobs

When job caching is active, the job handler's cached job path calls
copy_from_job() and skips the normal job finish pipeline where
non-immediate post-job actions like HideDatasetAction are executed.
This causes intermediate workflow outputs to remain visible when they
should be hidden.

Execute non-immediate post-job actions after copy_from_job() in the
cached job handler path.
