Subject: [PATCH 1/3] Rebrand ChatGXY to GalaxyAI in the client

Renames ChatGXY.vue and the ChatGXY/ subdir to GalaxyAI, switches the
/chatgxy SPA route to /galaxyai, renames CSS class prefixes and the
activity id, and updates navigation.yml so selenium finds the new ids
and classes.

Subject: [PATCH 2/3] Rebrand ChatGXY to GalaxyAI in backend routes, selenium,
 and tests

Switches the /chatgxy client routes in buildapp to /galaxyai, refreshes
the chat API and manager docstrings, and renames the navigates_galaxy
selenium helpers (chatgxy_* -> galaxyai_*) and components.chatgxy
reference. Also renames lib/galaxy_test/selenium/test_chatgxy.py to
test_galaxyai.py with matching class and identifier updates.

Subject: [PATCH 3/3] Update admin docs and 26.0 release notes for the GalaxyAI
 rebrand

Updates user-facing prose in the AI agents admin guide and the upcoming
26.0 release announcement to refer to GalaxyAI. Historical release
notes for 24.2 and 25.0 are intentionally left as ChatGXY since that's
the name the feature shipped under at the time.
