Justin Stone 886e7f6f22 Change the text of a jQuery challenge (#14799) ...

The text was changed to be more accurate.
It incorrectly talked about ancestors/descendants as parents/children.
Text about property inheritance was also removed to
keep the focus of the challenge on targeting children.

Change "Instructions" to <hr> in jQuery challenge
This seems to align with the style guide more
