Add 7 missing Arabic translation files in notifications and support packages:

- support/resources/lang/ar/components/tabs.php
- support/resources/lang/ar/components/section.php
- support/resources/lang/ar/components/input/one-time-code.php
- support/resources/lang/ar/components/breadcrumbs.php
- support/resources/lang/ar/components/badge.php
- support/resources/lang/ar/components/loading-section.php

* fix(lang): use 'جارٍ التحميل...' instead of 'جاري التحميل...'
