feat(panels): add render hooks for content.before and content.after
...
Introduce `CONTENT_BEFORE` and `CONTENT_AFTER` render hooks in `PanelsRenderHook` to allow customization before and after the main content. Updated relevant documentation and Blade template to integrate the new hooks.
