Kamran Ahmed 2c16d2b0f1 Upgrade docs to Astro 7, React 19 and Tailwind 4

- Bump Astro 3->7, @astrojs/mdx/react, React 18->19, astro-compress
- Replace the deprecated @astrojs/tailwind integration with the
  @tailwindcss/vite plugin (Tailwind 3->4)
- Move Tailwind config into src/styles/tailwind.css: @plugin for the
  typography plugin and an @custom-variant for the `sh` min-height screen;
  drop tailwind.config.cjs
- Migrate to the Astro Content Layer API: glob loader in content.config.ts,
  guide.slug -> guide.id, guide.render() -> render(guide)
- Type-only CollectionEntry imports; bump bundled driver.js to ^1.4.0

Build is green (18 pages); home and docs pages verified in the browser.
