Stephen ZhouandClaude Opus 5.5 3e9a74c111 Merge remote-tracking branch 'origin/main' into deploy/konwledge ...

Main's "remove KnowledgeFS and New Knowledge from main" (#44163) drops the
outdated copy of the feature; this branch carries the current one, so that
commit's deletions are intentionally not applied. Also adapt branch-only
code to the newly enabled Ruff SIM108 rule.
