Reorganizations
Reorganizations are changes to the structure of teams, reporting lines, or organizational units. Engineering managers may initiate, lead, or be affected by reorgs. Their role is to communicate clearly about what is changing and why, protect team stability as much as possible, and help engineers adapt to new contexts.
