Running Node.js Code

You can run Node.js code from the terminal using the node command followed by a filename. For quick experiments, Node.js also includes a REPL (Read-Eval-Print Loop) that lets you execute JavaScript interactively. Understanding how to run scripts and interpret output is the starting point for working with Node.js.
