Also adds the missing topic title to power-bi/hierarchies.

TVM-Based
TVM-based blockchains execute smart contracts on a stack-based virtual machine rather than the Ethereum Virtual Machine. The most prominent example is the TON blockchain, whose Telegram Virtual Machine (TVM) uses its own bytecode and design, trading Ethereum-tooling compatibility for performance and unique contract capabilities.
