Accessibility

In the context of design tokens, accessibility refers to ensuring that color and other visual choices meet contrast and legibility standards, such as WCAG guidelines, for users with visual impairments. It means checking that text colors have sufficient contrast against their backgrounds and that icon sizes remain legible at small scales. Accessibility considerations get baked into the tokens themselves so every component built from them meets the same baseline.
