Mathias Fredriksson 02a12fefa8 chore: remove the Coder Agents chat board prototype (#30394) ...

Prototypes shouldn't be on main, so this removes the Coder Agents chat
board.

It removes the board added in #29425 and extended in #29472, #30094,
#30103, #30231 and #30332, plus the hidden `chat-board` experiment from
#30084. With them go the route, the sidebar entry and grouping, the
settings toggle, the sidebar row trailing slot, and the `chatId` prop on
`AgentChatPage`. The abort signal on `getChats` stays, because #30079
uses it outside the board.

The board continues in the experimental PR #30395, which is not for
merging.
