Integrate script-order conversion into Terraform graph handling for workspace starts. Plan-sourced graphs structurally validate evaluated `coder_script_order` instances against Terraform configuration. State-sourced graphs use configuration retained from the preceding successful plan to associate applied scripts with workspace agents or devcontainer subagents and finalize the internal script order. Dependency transport remains separate. Detect script-order data sources evaluated during planning in refreshed prior state as well as planned values, matching Terraform’s serialized plan output. Cache the required configuration per provisioner session, report bounded conversion warnings, and return explicit graph errors when required plan configuration is unavailable. Stop and destroy graphs continue through ordinary conversion, and Graph’s Terraform reads run under the executor mutex.
