Nick Vigilante 3f408825b5 docs: add playback controls and descriptions to autoplaying videos (#30263)
## Summary

Four docs pages embed autoplaying, looping screencasts with no controls,
so readers cannot pause them (WCAG 2.2.2, Level A). This adds `controls`
and `muted` to each `<video>` and a one-sentence text description after
each video. The renderer-side companion for the beta docs is
coder/docs-engine#203.

## Changes

- Add `controls` and `muted` to the `<video autoplay playsinline loop>`
tag in `external-auth.md`, `open-in-coder.md`,
`ai-coder/agents/index.md`, and `compute-engine.md`. `autoplay`,
`playsinline`, and `loop` stay.
- Add a one-sentence description of each screencast directly below it.
- `extending-templates/external-auth.md` is not in `docs/manifest.json`,
so it is unpublished. It is fixed for consistency.

## Testing

- `pnpm lint-docs` (markdownlint-cli2): 0 errors across 519 files.
- `make lint/emdash`, `go run ./scripts/docshtmlcheck`, `go run
./scripts/styleclaims`: pass.
- The repo pre-commit hook passed.
- Not run: rendering the pages in a browser. The descriptions are
inferred from the surrounding prose and file names, not from watching
the videos.
