Nick Vigilante e6774c2602 feat: add --column to coder users show (#30143) ...

`coder users show` offered `-o table|json` but was the only table
command without `-c/--column`, because it uses a custom key/value
format.

The custom format now registers `-c` and filters its rows.
Column names match `users list` where they overlap: `id`, `username`,
`name`, `email`, `status`, `created at`, `roles`, `organizations`.

**Behavior change:** Additive.
The default output is byte-for-byte unchanged.

key/value layout into a horizontal table, so the existing renderer is
