The "Add a programming language" guide embedded a full copy of the install script that had drifted from the shipped Template Builder base (it used `grep -q` partial matching, not `has_language`). The Final code tab now shows an abbreviated excerpt (helpers plus the new Ruby branch) so it can't drift again, and Step 4 and the "How does Coder install the language you pick?" section use `has_language ruby`. Also adds a short note in Step 4 that `apt-get` installs Ruby into the ephemeral container, so it reinstalls on every start, while home-directory installs persist. The persistent `~/.local` approach from the ticket is not taught because it never landed on `main` (#28485 was closed unmerged). The `has_language` helper is present in the Template Builder base on `main`. The older example template gets it in #30373. Refs DOCS-713. Generated by Coder Agents on behalf of @nickvigilante.
