chore: update model prices to include more providers (#27837)

Adds the full set of supported provider types to
`scripts/aibridgepricesgen` and updates stored model prices.

Notes:
* We need to rename a few keys from models.dev JSON to match our
internal provider types.
* `prices.json` is now marked as generated.
