refactor(region): faster list for cachedimage
修改之前：
诸如provider, zone, host_schedtag_id, valid
等过滤条件，是通过过滤出符合条件的 storagecachedimage 然后使用 cachedimage_id 来过滤 cachedimge,
问题是，每一个过滤条件都会独立的去执行上面的过程，这样同样的查询可能要经过很多次，并且如果遇到
弱的过滤条件，比如 valid ，过滤出来的 storagecachedimage
非常之多，然后在使用 cachedimage_id 去过滤 cachedimage，会非常慢。
修改之后：
过滤条件的相似的逻辑合并起来，只需要向 subQuery 中添加 filter，使用 subQuery 一次把 storagecachedimage
过滤出来，然后使用 cachedimage_id 过滤 cachedimage。
